Ingredients for Pork, Lettuce And Pickle Sandwich Recipe

For each sandwich:

• 2 slices of buttered bread
• 1 sour pickle, medium size
• 2 leaves of lettuce
• 1 slice of cold roast pork
• 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

1. Chop the pork, pickle and lettuce leaves together.
2. Add ketchup and mix well.
3. Spread on both slices of bread, put together and press lightly.
