Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Rice And Cheese Recipe
- 2 cups rice
- 8 poached eggs
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil some water with salt. When water is boiling, pour in the rice.
- Continue boiling for about 25 minutes. Drain off water.
- Place the rice in a stew pan. Using a fork, stir in the grated cheese until it becomes stringy.
- Add the melted butter and seasonings.
- Place rice on a platter.
- Serve with the poached eggs on top.
