Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Rice And Cheese Recipe

  • 2 cups rice
  • 8 poached eggs
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil some water with salt. When water is boiling, pour in the rice.
  2. Continue boiling for about 25 minutes. Drain off water.
  3. Place the rice in a stew pan. Using a fork, stir in the grated cheese until it becomes stringy.
  4. Add the melted butter and seasonings.
  5. Place rice on a platter.
  6. Serve with the poached eggs on top.
