Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Red Cabbage And Bacon Recipe
- 8 poached eggs
- 1 red cabbage, medium size, washed and shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups boiling water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put bacon, cabbage, butter, and seasonings in the boiling water.
- Let boil for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Serve poached eggs on top of the mixture.
