Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Pineapple And Cream Recipe

  • 8 poached eggs
  • 2 slices pineapple (fresh or canned), chopped
  • 4 slices bread, toasted
  • 1 cup cream, boiled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the pineapple, butter, and seasonings in a saucepan.
  2. Add the boiling cream.
  3. Let cook for 1 minute.
  4. Place 2 poached eggs on each piece of toast.
  5. Pour sauce over the poached eggs.
