Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Parsley And Tomatoes Recipe

  • 8 poached eggs
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, washed, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put tomatoes, parsley, seasonings, and butter in a frying pan.
  2. Let cook slowly for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour tomato mixture over the eggs before serving.
