Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Parsley And Ham Recipe

  • 8 poached eggs
  • 4 slices ham, cut in match-like strips
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 cups medium white sauce

Instructions

  1. When the white sauce is cooked, mix in the parsley and the ham.
  2. Pour the mixture over the poached eggs and serve.
