Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Paprika Recipe
- 8 poached eggs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 slices of toast
- 4 cups white sauce (1 pint milk, 3 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons flour)
Instructions
- To make White Sauce: Scald the milk. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add salt and flour and cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Slowly add the milk, stirring gently until it boils.
- Mix the paprika in the cream sauce.
- Put eggs on the pieces of toasted bread.
- Cover the eggs with the sauce.
