Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Paprika Recipe

• 8 poached eggs
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 2 slices of toast
• 4 cups white sauce (1 pint milk, 3 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons flour)

Instructions

1. To make White Sauce: Scald the milk. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add salt and flour and cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Slowly add the milk, stirring gently until it boils.
2. Mix the paprika in the cream sauce.
3. Put eggs on the pieces of toasted bread.
4. Cover the eggs with the sauce.
