Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Oysters Recipe

  • 8 poached eggs
  • 16 oysters, off the shell
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put oysters, butter, and seasonings in a covered sauce pan.
  2. Let cook for about 4 minutes.
  3. Pour over the eggs and serve.
