Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Lima Beans Recipe

  • 8 poached eggs
  • 2 cups lima beans, shelled
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil lima beans in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Put lima beans, butter, cream, and seasonings in a sauce pan. Let cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. On each plate, serve lima beans and 2 poached eggs.
