Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Lima Beans Recipe
- 8 poached eggs
- 2 cups lima beans, shelled
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cream
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil lima beans in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put lima beans, butter, cream, and seasonings in a sauce pan. Let cook for about 2 minutes.
- On each plate, serve lima beans and 2 poached eggs.
