Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Lemon And Butter Recipe

  • 8 poached eggs
  • 4 slices toast
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon, juice only
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, washed, chopped
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Place 2 poached eggs on each slice of toast.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  3. Add the lemon juice, parsley, and seasonings to the butter.
  4. Pour the butter sauce over the poached eggs and serve.
