Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Celery Recipe
- 2 cups celery
- Pot of salted water
- 4 eggs
- 4 pieces toasted bread
- 1 cup cream sauce

Instructions
- Cut celery in half-inch pieces and cook until tender in salted water.
- Quickly dip toast in hot, salted water or milk and spread lightly with butter.
- While the eggs are cooking, drain celery and place in white sauce.
- Spread on bread and put an egg on top of each piece.
