Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Celery Recipe

  • 2 cups celery
  • Pot of salted water
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 pieces toasted bread
  • 1 cup cream sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut celery in half-inch pieces and cook until tender in salted water.
  2. Quickly dip toast in hot, salted water or milk and spread lightly with butter.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, drain celery and place in white sauce.
  4. Spread on bread and put an egg on top of each piece.
