Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Calf's Liver Recipe
- 8 poached eggs
- 4 slices calf's liver
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Flour
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Season the calf's liver as desired and dredge in flour.
- Fry calf's liver in butter for about 3 minutes.
- When calf's liver starts to fry, poach the eggs.
- Serve 2 poached eggs on each slice of calf's liver.
