Ingredients for Poached Eggs With Anchovies And Olives Recipe
- 8 poached eggs
- 6 filets of anchovy, chopped
- 12 olives, ripe or green, pitted, chopped
- 1/3 cup cream

- Boil the cream with the olives and anchovies for about 2 minutes.
