Instructions

  1. Into two cups of fondant slightly warmed mix, also slightly warmed and thoroughly dry, one tablespoon each of chopped citron, chopped candied orange peel and seeded chopped raisins, two tablespoons of currants dredged with half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and the grated rind of a lemon, and three tablespoons of chopped nut meats; use the hands rather than a spoon.
  2. Form into small balls, dip in unsweetened chocolate melted over hot water, and place on an oiled platter to harden.
