Ingredients for Plain Omelet Recipe 3

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the whites stiff and the yolks until creamy.
  2. Add the cornstarch, salt, pepper and milk to the yolks and fold the mixture into the whites.
  3. Place in a medium-sized frying pan in which the corn oil has been heated and cook until brown on the bottom, hitting occasionally around the edges.
  4. Place in the oven to set the top. Fold over and serve.
