Ingredients for Pinoche Recipe

  • 2 cups maple syrup
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Boil together the maple syrup, cream, brown sugar and butter to 240 degrees F.
  2. Let cool off a bit.
  3. Add the chopped walnuts.
  4. Beat until creamy.
  5. Pour into buttered tin.
  6. When almost cold, cut in squares.
