Ingredients for Pinoche Recipe
- 2 cups maple syrup
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Boil together the maple syrup, cream, brown sugar and butter to 240 degrees F.
- Let cool off a bit.
- Add the chopped walnuts.
- Beat until creamy.
- Pour into buttered tin.
- When almost cold, cut in squares.
