Pineapple Pudding (cold) Recipe

Ingredients for Pineapple Pudding (cold)

  • 1 cup milk, boiled
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped fine
  • 1½ tablespoons gelatin
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin in a little cold water.
  2. Heat the pineapple (its own juice will prevent it from burning), but do not let boil.
  3. Pour boiling milk over the gelatin, and add sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the pineapple.
  5. Beat well until mixture becomes a little hardened.
  6. Pour into jelly or pastry mold.
  7. Put in ice box and serve cold.
