Ingredients for Pineapple Jelly Recipe 2

• 1/4 pint cold water
• 1 pint boiling water
• 2 lemons
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup pineapple cut in small pieces
• 1 box gelatin

Instructions

1. Soak gelatin in cold water according to box directions.
2. Mix together pineapple juice, sugar, and water and bring to a boil.
3. When boiling, add gelatin and allow to cool.
4. As it begins to set, mix in pieces of fruit.
5. Pour into a mold that has been rinsed with cold water.
