Ingredients for Pineapple Betty Recipe
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1½ cups pineapple, fresh or canned, chopped
- 3 cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup water or milk, boiling
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except the butter, together.
- Turn into a buttered pudding dish.
- Put pieces of butter on top of pudding.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
