Ingredients for Pineapple And Ginger Pudding Recipe

  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned, chopped
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and bread crumbs together.
  2. Add gradually the milk and mix well.
  3. Then add the pineapple and ginger, mixing in thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a baking dish.
  5. Set baking dish in a pan of water.
  6. Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
  7. Then serve.
