Ingredients for Pineapple And Ginger Pudding Recipe
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned, chopped
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon ginger

Instructions
- Mix eggs, sugar and bread crumbs together.
- Add gradually the milk and mix well.
- Then add the pineapple and ginger, mixing in thoroughly.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Set baking dish in a pan of water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
- Then serve.
