Ingredients for Pineapple And Fig Cream

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup pineapple and figs chopped together
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, butter and water to 236 degrees Fover a steady, moderate heat.
  2. Do not stir while boiling.
  3. When mixture is taken off the fire, add the pineapple and figs.
  4. Then beat until creamy.
  5. Pour into buttered pan, mark and cut when cool.
