Ingredients for Pineapple, Stuffed Recipe
- 1 pineapple, fresh
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Stuffed Recipe, Mix together eggs, flour and sugar.
- Add slowly the milk.
- Put mixture in a stew pan, place on fire and stir constantly until it boils.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Remove from fire.
- Cut off the top of the pineapple.
- With a spoon or a knife remove all the meat of the pineapple.
- Chop pineapple meat fine mix with the cream-like mixture.
- Fill the empty pineapple with the mixture.
- Bake slowly in slow oven for about 15 minutes.
