Ingredients for Pineapple, Stuffed

  • 1 pineapple, fresh
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stuffed Recipe, Mix together eggs, flour and sugar.
  2. Add slowly the milk.
  3. Put mixture in a stew pan, place on fire and stir constantly until it boils.
  4. Add vanilla extract.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. Cut off the top of the pineapple.
  7. With a spoon or a knife remove all the meat of the pineapple.
  8. Chop pineapple meat fine mix with the cream-like mixture.
  9. Fill the empty pineapple with the mixture.
  10. Bake slowly in slow oven for about 15 minutes.
