Ingredients for Pineapple, Jellied Recipe
- 2 tablespoons gelatine
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
- Dissolve gelatine in the cold water.
- Mix together sugar, pineapple, and lemon juice.
- Slowly add the boiling water to the gelatine, then add the pineapple mixture.
- Pour into sherbet glasses or glass dish.
- Put in a cold place or in the icebox.
- Serve when firm.
