Pickled Beets Recipe 1

Instructions

1. Cover the left-over beets sliced for dinner with cold vinegar, cover and set aside.
2. In cool weather pickled beets may be kept two or three days.
3. Figures may be cut from slices of pickled beet and used to decorate cabbage, potato, fish and other salads.
