Ingredients for Percolated Coffee Recipe 2

• 1 cup finely ground coffee
• 3 pints boiling water
• Cream and sugar to taste

Instructions

1. Put ground coffee in upper part of percolator pot
2. Add boiling water and percolate about 10 minutes
3. Put cream and sugar in the cups
4. Pour in the coffee and serve

One-half cup cream left from the Coffee Parfait Recipe may be diluted with 1/2 cup milk and used for the coffee.
