Ingredients for Peanut Fudge
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Put sugar, milk and butter together in a sauce pan.
- Place on fire and boil to 234 degrees F., stirring constantly.
- Let the mixture cool off, and add the flavoring.
- Beat until creamy.
- Put the mixture in a buttered pan.
- Sprinkle with the roasted peanuts, whole or chopped.
- When the fudge is entirely cold, cut in squares.
