Ingredients for Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Let the butter come to room temperature.
- Mix together the butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until smooth and thick.
- Pour the heavy cream into the peanut butter mixture and blend with a spoon until incorporated.
- Spoon filing into crust.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
