Peach Pie Recipe

Ingredients for Peach Pie

• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 cups peaches, pitted, sliced
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Mix water, salt and sugar and sliced peaches.
2. Line pie plate with pie crust.
3. Place peach mixture in the pie.
4. Put butter cut in small pieces on top of peach mixture.
5. Wet edges of the under crust, cover with the upper crust, and press the edges slightly together.
6. Bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
