Ingredients for Peach And Tapioca Pudding
- 1 cup tapioca, washed
- ½ cup sugar
- 3½ cups milk, scalded
- 4 peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced

Instructions
- Cook tapioca in water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Add milk and let cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the sugar, then the peaches.
- Place in baking or pudding dish.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
