Ingredients for Peach And Tapioca Pudding

  • 1 cup tapioca, washed
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3½ cups milk, scalded
  • 4 peaches, peeled, pitted, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook tapioca in water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Add milk and let cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the sugar, then the peaches.
  5. Place in baking or pudding dish.
  6. Bake in moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
