Ingredients for Peach, Carrot And Apple Conserve Recipe

• 2 cups apple, peeled, cored, diced
• 2 cups carrot, peeled, diced
• 1 cup peach, peeled, sliced
• 3 cups sugar
• 1 lemon, juice only
• 1/2 cup water

Instructions

1. Mix fruits and sugar together. Add water and lemon juice.
2. Bring slowly to a boil.
3. Let simmer gently until thick and clear.
4. Pour into jelly glasses.
