Ingredients for Pea Loaf
- Green peas (leftover), passed through meat grinder
- Bread crumbs
- Milk, scalded
- Egg
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Pour milk over the bread crumbs to form a soft paste and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add the peas, egg and seasonings.
- Turn into a buttered loaf tin.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve as vegetable.
