Pauline Muffins Recipe

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoons sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 2 eggs

1. Mix and sift the dry ingredients together.
2. Slowly add the milk, well-beaten eggs, and melted butter.
3. Beat rapidly until very light.
4. Fill gem pans two-thirds full and bake in a quick oven.
