Ingredients for Parsnips And Carrots
- 6 parsnips, peeled, sliced
- 6 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled, sliced
- ½ cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil the parsnips, carrots and onions in salted water for 30 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mash with a potato masher.
- Add milk, seasonings and butter.
- Mix well and serve.
