Ingredients for Paneer Corn Lolly Pop Recipe

  • 1 cup paneer (a soft, fresh Indian cheese)
  • 5 to 6 baby corns
  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chiles
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • oil to fry
  • half spoon amchoor
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby corns for five minutes (put in a pinch of salt)set aside
  2. Mix all ingredients (except corn and oil), should be just like patice mixture
  3. Take the mixture in hand and put it around a corn
  4. Wrap it like a lolly pop with the stick
  5. Deep fry the lolly pop
  6. Serve with mint chutney
