Ingredients for Pancakes Without Eggs Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. moist sugar (more to taste)
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, nutmeg, and sugar.
  2. Make a smooth batter by very gradually adding milk.
  3. Beat batter fully ten minutes, adding melted butter.
  4. Fry the pancakes in the usual way (about 10 minutes per cake), and serve them with maple syrup or powdered sugar sprinkled between them.
