Ingredients for Palomilla Steak Recipe
- Olive oil (for frying)
- 4 thin-sliced, boneless sirloin steaks
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
- If meat is not extremely thin, pound with a meat mallet.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Drop meat, one slice at a time, into the hot oil. Turn after one minute. Heat second side one minute, and remove to a plate. Repeat with remaining steaks.
- After the steaks are cooked, remove skillet from heat and add lime juice, butter, and garlic, stirring well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat mixture over low heat, until just heated through.
- Pour over steaks and serve.
Serves 4. .
