Ingredients for Oyster Stuffing Recipe 3

  • 3 cups stale bread crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Few drops onion juice
  • 1 pint oysters, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in the order given, add oysters, cleaned and drained from their liquor.
  2. Use to stuff bird and bake as directed.
  3. Optionally, you may bake the stuffing in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through.
