Ingredients for Oyster Stew Recipe 3

• 24 oysters, off the shell
• 4 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the milk.
2. In another sauce pan, put the oysters, butter, and seasonings.
3. Cover.
4. Let cook for about 3 minutes.
5. Remove cover and add the boiled milk.
6. Boil with the oysters for 1 minute.
7. Then serve.
