Ingredients for Ox Tail With Red Cabbage
- 2 ox tails, cut in pieces
- 2 red cabbages, washed, quartered
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves of clove
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a kettle.
- Add just enough water to cover.
- Place cover on kettle.
- Cook for about 50 minutes.
- If water evaporates too quickly, add more boiling water from time to time.
- Then serve.
