Ingredients for Ox Tail With Red Cabbage

  • 2 ox tails, cut in pieces
  • 2 red cabbages, washed, quartered
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves of clove
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a kettle.
  2. Add just enough water to cover.
  3. Place cover on kettle.
  4. Cook for about 50 minutes.
  5. If water evaporates too quickly, add more boiling water from time to time.
  6. Then serve.
