Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients for Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Oreo Cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided
  • 1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Using an electric mixer, combine vanilla, cream cheese, and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and gently blend into mixture. Combine a 1/2 cup of the cookie pieces.
  4. Pour mixture into pie crust. Spread the remaining chopped cookies on top of the pie.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
