Orange Sherbet Recipe 1

Ingredients for Orange Sherbet

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1½ cups water
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1½ tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

1. Heat the water and sugar to boiling.
2. Stir into it the cornstarch, stirred smooth with a little cold water.
3. Beat the egg, stir it into the hot mixture after stirring a little of the hot mixture into it.
4. Add the lemon juice and the orange juice, and freeze.
