Orange Sections In Jelly Recipe

Instructions
After making your Orange Jelly Recipe 1, try adding blood oranges, which are very juicy and make a pretty colored jelly.
- Remove the sections of peeled oranges, eliminating all traces of membrane.
- Set these, lengthwise, into individual molds (some molds are well adapted to this purpose). Gradually fill the molds with the fruit mixture.
- When set and cold, remove from the molds and serve.
- The filling of the molds may be expedited if the molds are set in a pan of water and crushed ice.
- Then put in a tablespoon of the mixture. When this hardens, the sections of orange will be held in place and the molds can be half filled and then completely filled.
