Ingredients for Orange Marmalade Mold Recipe 1
- 1 tumbler orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 package of gelatine
Instructions
- Soften the gelatine in the cold water and dissolve in the hot water; add the marmalade and lemon juice.
- Stir occasionally until the mixture begins to thicken, then turn into mold.
- Serve with cream.
- Strawberry and raspberry jam be used in the same way.
