Orange Date Pudding Recipe

Instructions
- Place two tablespoons of grated orange rind in a measuring cup and fill the cup with mashed, stoned dates, cut in small pieces.
- Add two cups of grated bread crumbs, three-fourths cup of sugar and one egg beaten with one cup of milk.
- Let it stand a few minutes, then add one and one-fourth cups of flour, sifted with two teaspoons of baking powder.
- Mix all together, pour into a buttered mold and steam for two hours.
- Serve with orange sauce.
