Orange Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for Orange Chicken Recipe
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon chile paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 slice ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cube the chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Ad the rice wine and cornstarch to the chicken and stir with a large wood spoon,
- Set chicken aside for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mince the garlic and ginger.
- Stir together the garlic, ginger,orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, chile paster, and silver.
- Add two tablespoons of oil in a frying oan and heat,
Heat the wok and add oil. When oil is ready, add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Using the chicken, make a well in the center. This can happen easily by stacking the chicken along the sides of the pan.
- Add the sauces and heat throw.
