Ingredients for Orange And Pineapple Sherbet

• ¾ cup pineapple juice
• 1¼ cups orange juice
• 1 cup water
• 1½ teaspoons cornstarch
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg

Instructions

1. Heat the water and sugar to boiling.
2. Stir into it the cornstarch, stirred smooth with a little cold water.
3. Beat the egg, stir it into the hot mixture after stirring a little of the hot mixture into it.
4. Add the pineapple juice and the orange juice, and freeze.
