Instructions

  1. Melt together slowly three-fourths cup of milk, two cups of sugar and two squares of chocolate; then boil for three or four minutes, flavor and put in a cold place.
  2. The pan should not be touched for at least an hour or until it is absolutely cold.
  3. Then beat until it becomes resistant and creamy.
  4. Drop into round balls on paper.
