Ingredients for Onions, French Fried
- 6 large onions, peeled, sliced in¼ inch slices, separated into rings
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- Fat
Instructions
- French Fried Recipe, Dip onion rings in milk.
- Drain off milk and dip in flour.
- Put in a colander and shake off flour.
- Fry in deep fat until crisp and brown.
- Remove onions from fat.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Then serve.
